Hello! Meke Meke Distribution is now open.
If you've been keeping up with updates on the Anime West page, you know that Meke Meke Distribution will be their official distributor. We've already received Rurouni Kenshin 1-4 from AWest.

For fans waiting for Team Abcb titles, Joey and Daniel are running masters for us right now. (they're a bit busy) We should be getting more SVHS masters from them soon. We have Sakura Diaries 1-4 to offer for now.

Sorry if the "titles list" is confusing. We're still waiting for Akachan to Boku 1-2 + Mahoujin Guru Guru tape to arrive. Since it's a joint project between Team Abcb and Hana Yori Anime, they're having trouble getting tapes to each other to run masters. We're guessing that the tape will arrive by end of September.

We'll separate out the titles we're still expecting (but we promise they'll be in a week or two!).

We've added a few more titles to our distribution list (2nd gen SVHS). Please take a look through them in the LIST page.

Team Abcb & Hana Yori Anime said they'll have "Akachan to Boku 1-2 + Mahoujin Guru Guru movie" ready for us by early next week. Keep coming back here for updates. (We saw a prelim copy, and GuruGuru is great!)

We've added graphics (finally). That's Kukuri-chan up there with the bad handwriting. We're having difficulty finding a good picture of Meke-Meke right now, so we'll use Kukuri until then. (FYI: Kukuri and Meke-Meke are both from Mahoujin Guru Guru)

Please note that orders of 1 to 3 tapes are a flat rate of $18. For orders of just 1 or 2 tapes, the rest of the amount will be considered donation. Donations will be used to buy more VCRs, more SVHS tapes for masters, and to donate to the fansub groups (by buying LDs for them, etc.).

Some people asked if we take pre-orders on titles we haven't received yet. Since we're not overwhelmed with current orders right now, we will accept pre-orders until we say otherwise. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at meke_meke@usa.net.

Others asked if we distribute SVHS tapes. We haven't really thought about it, so we'll investigate prices and whatnot. If you have suggestions for preferred tape brands & other issues, please e-mail us. The more feedback, the more likely we'll distribute SVHS tapes.
