This is the main setting of "The Raccoons" specials and series. It's located "slightly aways up north, beyond the horizon" (presumably in Canada). In the specials and series - it's potrayed as a place shared by humans and the animals. The Raccoons, the Sneers, their neighbors, and friends have a small community in the body of the Forest, although it's hidden from the human world. Later in the series, when Dan, Tommy, and Julie are phased out, the focus turns towards the community, which appears as a world of its own, with animals taking place of the humans rather than living among them.
