Cream Enchiladas

It's delicious!
Mix soup, evaporated milk, green chilies, in a saucepan. Heat
through. Melt butter in a 9 by 13 inch pan. Tear tortillas
in pieces and put a layer over the butter. Pour first layer of soup
mixture over tortillas, then layer of meat and onion, then layer of cheese.
Repeat layers until all is used. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to
45 minutes. (The recipe says covered, but I never have!)
You can also substitute cooked chicken for the beef and it still comes
out yummy!
