"Operation Vittles" has presented many changing scenes at Rhein/Main Air Force Base, Frankfurt, Germany. One example is found in the dispensary where navy men help At medics carry the workload of medical needs. Major Paul E. Wright, 61st Station Medical Group Surgeon, consults with Lt. (j.g.) Richard D. Naumann, Navy doctor, in a treatment room at the Dispensary.

Rhein/Main Air Force Base, Frankfurt, Germany - As important to the U. S. Air Forces in Europe as any of the Berlin airlift's technical problems is the health of the airmen who fly supplies into the blockaded city. In the Atterbury-Betts Area a small auxiliary dental clinic has been established. Here a German dental hygienist cleans teeth and administers some emergency treatment.
