The Dead Moon Circus is a large group of performers who were looking for the Pegasus, who resides in human dreams, to destroy the good dreams of people. To do this, they had to kill the Pegasus.

Queen Neherenia

She was the leader of the Circus. She gave out orders to Zirconia to find the Pegasus. She had really, really long hair and had two 'odangoes' on her head. She wanted to take Mamoru and become queen of the Earth, with Mamoru at her side. She is banished to the dark shadow of the moon at the end of Sailormoon SuperS, but comes back in the beginning of Sailorstars. Sailorsaturn kills Nehrenia in Sailorstars.

Zirconia

Zirconia was a very, very old looking woman, and was second in command to Queen Neherenia. She took orders from the queen. She was the one that gave orders to the Amazon Trio and the Amazoness Quartet. Her job was to find the Pegasus - with the help of the Trio and the Quartet.

The Amazon Trio

The Amazon Trio consists of Hawks' Eye, Tigers' Eye, and Fish Eye.  Fish Eye was the leader of the Trio, and his mission was to find the dream mirror that was extracted from the human to find the Pegsus. Fish Eye was a homosexual, and made many moves on Mamoru, but of course, Mamo-chan had eyes only for his love, Usako. Hawk's Eye was the brother of the other two. So was Tiger's Eye. Both helped Fish Eye retrieve the  human dream mirrors. The Trio were healed by Sailormoon and the Senshi.

The Amazoness Quartet

The Amazoness Quartet took over the Trio's duties after the Trio's betrayal. They were on a mission to find the human dream mirror that contained the Pegasus. CereCere was the leader. She resembled Sailorvenus. JunJun resembled Sailorjupiter, VesVes resembled Sailormars, and ParaPara resembled Sailormercury. Neo-Queen Serenity healed each of them, and in the manga, they became Senshi of their own respective asteroids (CereCere = Sailorceres, VesVes = Sailorvesta, JunJun = Sailorjuno, ParaPara = Sailorpallas).
