Near   the   Beginning   of   Dreams

Watercolors was the first medium where I really produced any work of quantity. Quanity is important in learning one's craft. Talent is like the light of a firefly, intermittent, and hard to catch. If there is one thing about art, to get noticed you have to be there and getting your work out. To pounce on opportunity like a cat.

In "Alaskan Spring Dream" you can see the influence of oriental styles. It was done in the mid 80's and is 22X30. Both this work and the next show my my interest in fantasy and psychology.
