Chibiusa was in the spotlight for the next season, Sailormoon SuperS. The pegasus, who only appeared in beautiful dreams, found his way to Chibiusa. In their secret encounters he told her to trust him, to protect him from the Dark Moon. In return he powered the senshi up. Chibiusa gained a new henshin brooch and a new "weapon": The Crystal Carillion, a bell. She would say, "Moon Crisis Make-Up!" and she would do a double-transformation with Usagi, and she would turn into Supersailorchibimoon. Her new attack was "Twinkle Yell!" which wasn't really an attack at all... (see the Powers page.)
Chibiusa wanted to become a woman in SuperS. She wanted to love Helios, who was the man behind the Pegasus. She tried to hide him in her dreams, and she was the only one who believed in his power at first. She utterly fell in love with him. She even fantasized about them being together.
The girls encountered the Amazoness Trio, who searched for the Pegasus in the Dream Mirrors. There was Fisheye, Hawkseye, and Tigerseye. They were under the influence of the Dark Moon; before they died, they had turned good-sided again. And when they did die, they came to live with the Pegasus in his land.
Another enemy they met were the four evil girls, the Amazoness Quartet. They used magical pool balls in their attacks, instilled with the magical power of evil by Neherenia. In some final confrontations they revealed how innocent they were, how they were merely pawns that Neherenia used. They were very playful. They also saw the good in Chibimoon's actions to save the Pegasus, as the Pegasus was captured. Eventually they were on the side of good, when they saw the evil in Zirconia, as he tried to exploit them.
Well Diana appeared too, and she was Chibiusa's guardian, and Luna and Artemis' daughter. Luna got very mad at Artemis when Diana appeared, because she thought Artemis was cheating! Yeah, Artemis can be pimpy like that.
And well, the Pegasus and Helios were eventually captured, but the five senshi didn't lose hope. The senshi were lead to the Dark Moon Circus tent itself, filled with wonders. In one situation, Chibimoon actually risked her life to save the Pegasus. The Amazoness Quartet playfully reigned Pegasus so they could ride him, and in defense he created a fire--but reigned, he could not fly. So Chibimoon risked her life, and pulled the chains from the Pegasus. This is when the Amazoness Quartet first realized the good in Chibiusa.
The man named Helios, who used the Pegasus as a guide to find Chibiusa, was captured by Neherenia and Zirconia. He was stripped and enveloped in a strange prison. But Chibimoon saved him, and they kissed again.
With Supersailorchibimoon as the senshi's guide, she pleaded that the earth gather up its power and say, "Moon Crisis Power"-- with that power Supersailorchibimoon used the power of the Pegasus' Golden Crystal and the Dark Moon Circus was defeated... but Evil Queen Neherenia, the mastermind behind the Dark Moon Circus, wasn't really defeated. Neherenia had been sealed into her dark moon.
On her way back to her palace, she wanted to seek revenge on the Princess of the White Moon-- Usagi, or Supersailormoon. So she pushed an unconscious Chibimoon off a really tall building. Supersailormoon followed her, sacrificing her life. Moon cried and turned into Princess Serenity, and she begged for Chibimoon to open her eyes, as she couldn't control the Golden Crystal by herself. And Chibimoon did, eventually, and she summoned the Pegasus, who saved them. Later, there was a big goodbye scene with the two. Chibiusa had truly endured.
And in a goodbye scene to Helios, Chibiusa even got kissed on the hand by Helios. Helios was to leave, to go back to the land he was protecting; but Chibiusa never got a chance to tell him how she truly felt. In fact, she had imagined him kissing her a few times in the past. And she even saw his naked figure when he was captured by Neherenia.
Finally in the last season of Sailormoon, Sailormoon Sailorstars, Chibiusa appeared in only some episodes. She didn't get any new transformations, but appeared for a few episodes as Supersailorchibimoon, not Eternalsailorchibimoon, like Usagi (who became Eternalsailormoon). Chibiusa was in the process of returning, but a disturbance in the sky prevented her from going back to the future.
Chibiusa witnessed Usagi's wonderous transformation into Eternalsailormoon. I was borrowed by Sailorpluto and I grew to my real age, via the restless soul of Sailorsaturn, and I regained my alter ego as Sailorsaturn. (Actually I turned us four outers into super senshi.) So I revealed this power to Supersailormoon, and she powered up yet again, into Eternalsailormoon.
After a revived Neherenia kidnapped Mamoru, Usagi quickly followed pursuit. We went to save both. We used our Sailor Teleport and glided through space... but, we were seperated into groups of two and eventually Neherenia captured us into mirrors.
After, I ended up with Chibimoon. She almost died, because Mamoru was not well; no Mamoru meant no Chibiusa-- the future would change if Mamoru hadn't recovered. I remember fighting side by side with Chibimoon, and I tried to protect her and Mamoru with my "Silence Wall" and "Silence Glaive Surprise." It wasn't enough, though, as Neherenia defeated me by trapping me inside a mirror. Chibimoon's life hung in the balance... but we prevailed, of course, healing Neherenia and her evil intentions. Chibiusa's life soon returned after Mamoru recovered.
And that ended Chibiusa's life in the anime Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon. She made a few appearances in visions and in pictures Usagi had, like in Episode 198, when she dreamt about being happy with all her friends again. That was it. She didn't appear in the final-final ending sequence, but oh well. She proved to be, overall, a not-so-bad little girl, with a large and kind heart and determination. And she left with a lot of dignity and respect (actually she kinda left between episodes 172 and 173...) and she also had brought her kitty Diana home to embrace the wonderful future us senshi fought for, the 30th century.
