Transport Second Pilot (T2P) (Copilot) :
The copilot is second in command and is responsible for assisting the aircraft commander in the performance of specific duties and such other duties as may be assigned.
Crew Chief (CC) :
The crew chief is responsible to the aircraft commander for the aircraft inspections, servicing, and normal en route line maintenance. Ensures daily, turnaround, and special inspections are conducted and en-route maintenance is performed per current instructions. On line missions, the crew chief shall occupy the jump seat during takeoffs and landings.
Loadmaster (LM):
The loadmaster is responsible for ground logistics and the supervision of aircraft loading of all cargo, passengers and baggage. The loadmaster will ensure the weight and balance data is prepared for the aircraft commander’s signature prior to takeoff.
Second Loadmaster (2LM) :
The safety and comfort of the passengers are the prime concerns of the 2LM. The 2LM will determine that all miscellaneous and emergency equipment required in the cabin are properly installed or stowed before, during, and after flight.

(Note: When ditching in water the aft exits are NEVER used as they are likely to be under water and water pressure is holding the door closed.)

Secondary: 2 flight deck windows
Combo rig: Passengers Primary 2 overwing exits (cargo/70 pax seats)
Passengers Secondary normally none, unless access to forward exits/slides is possible
Flt Crew Primary: 2 flight deck windows
Flt Crew Secondary: 2 forward exits/slides

a. Passenger: 121 passengers with 0 pallets
b. Combi : 70/68 passengers with up to 3 pallets of cargo. Total maximum on 3 pallets is 15k lbs minus the weight in forward lower baggage hold IAW combined compartment loading.
c. Cargo: 0 passengers with up to 8 pallets (must factor in weight in lower baggage holds IAW combined compartment loading) Maximum total in the main cargo area is 45k lbs due to the barrier net stress limits.

A qualified TAC, Crew Chief (CC), Copilot (T3P or above)
Training Designated Instructor Pilot
Pilot(s) under instruction
All-cargo configuration Transport Pilot in command (TAC)
A Copilot (T3P or above), CC, Load Master (LM)
All other transport missions:
Pilot in command (TAC), Copilot (T3P or above), CC, LM, Transport Safety Specialist (TSS) for each 50 passengers or fraction there of.
***NOTE***
The LM, as senior TSS, satisfies the requirement for an additional TSS when more than 50 passengers are carried. The LM does not fulfill the requirements of a TSS, except in the all-cargo configuration. When more than 100 passengers are carried, the LM and two TSS�s are the minimum required.
