In the fifteenth century a monk is able to imprison the demon Moloch
in a book as the actual text of the tome.Since the only way he can be
freed is if the words are read aloud the monk seals the tome in a box
where it has been for 500 years-Untill it is opened in Sunnydale
High's library by Giles.The book is scanned into the school's
computer system as a project by the computer-science teacher,Jenny
Calendar.Scanning the book sends Moloch into the internet where he
begins his work.He works as "Malcolm"and begins an online relationship
with Willow.He uses an old defunct computer company to build himself
a robot buddy.With the help of the techno-pagan Jenny, Giles binds
Moloch into the robot's body so Buffy can kill him with a wiring box.
