Brett Rainbow is without a doubt the best dunker the NBL has ever seen. He won three straight Slam Dunk competitions and he has been a high flyer in the Victorian State League for years. His court time has always been few and far between but in 1997 his time started to increase, a highlight for Rainbow would be playing in the 1997 NBL finals.
