PROFILE
Clayton Ritter was solid in the middle for the Illawarra hawks in 1997. He provided offence and a reliable inside target for the Hawks. He replaced the Tigers Marcus Timmons in the Illawarra Hawks front court and along with new signing Eric Cooks he did an admirable job. Ritter twice broke the forty point mark and he averaged over 20ppg placing him in the NBL's top twenty scorers. Ritter resigned with the Hwwks and he will be teaming up with new hawks point guard and defensive specialist Elliot hatcher.
