December 5th was the date and *N Sync was scheduled to perform at the Palace of Auburn Hills that night. We went to check into the hotel around like 11 a.m. or so (Note: We knew where they stayed the night before so we were stayin in that hotel, yep). Our room wasn't ready though, so they told us we could just hang out in the lobby and stuff until it was. So, we're hangin out in the hotel...there were soooooooo many girls there, it was unbelievable. The buses were park right outside in FRONT of the hotel so of course all the chicks are gonna go there to try and meet 'em. Oh well though...but who can blame 'em? Not that I can talk though cuz I was there too lol anyway I don't really remember in what order everything happened. I need to get some kind of journal or something to keep track of this stuff as it happens...my bad. I know that Chris and J.C. were on the uh 3rd floor? Yeah I think that's what it was, like talking next to the railing. They kept lookin' down at me and wavin and bein silly. It was super cute. Hmm we got to see Justin too. He had one of those things on his head...um I think they're called beanies?? I'm not sure but, in my opinion, he looked like an idiot. NO HATE MAIL PLEASE! lol I like Justin a lot but I just didn't like that thing! He said hi to us. Um they all walked past us at another point too. Said hi, blah blah blah. Then they were goin out to their bus they signed a few autographs and took a couple pictures. I wasn't worried about gettin autographs or anything at that point. I knew I'd be gettin' 'em after the concert (I knew this because of Jennifer, their hair dresser. Thanks, girl!). Lance, Chris, and Joey all said what's up to me or whatever. Anyway, then we went to the concert...most of you know what their concerts were like on that tour so I'm not gonna go into detail about it..and for those of you who don't, there's tons of pages that have the explanation...or e-mail me and I'll tell ya about it.
Concert was awesome, as always. I really didn't think that J.C. shoulda been wearin that hat that he wore. Me and my damn opinions, I'll try and keep 'em to myself. lol After the concert, we drove allllllll the way to the airport cuz...well that's where they were goin'. We parked right behind thier bus but they were still inside it. I'm not sure how long we waited though. Ok well they finally came inside. I took a picture of Jill with J.C. and Jessi with..someone...Justin maybe? Not sure. Jessi gave Justin this kick ass snow globe thing that had a picture of him and her on one side and her and J.C. on the other. It's really cool and he musta been like mesmerized by the thing cuz he wouldn't stop staring at it. lol Lance was on his damn phone (LIKE FREAKIN ALWAYS) and he didn't even look up. So while I was takin pictures, he walked right past me and I didn't even realize it. Oh well. Then they went through the little metal detectors. I was tired and a bit annoyed and we were gonna just leave but then we decided to stay for a little while. They went into the 1st Class waiting lounge place...wait a sec my bad. I jumped ahead of myself. OOPS. Ok Lance was just standin there talkin on his phone. He had his back to me so I went up and like tugged his hand a little (Know what I mean??) and he turned around and got this huge, surprised smile on his face. He told whoever he was talkin to that he had to go (wooo!) and then he just like looked at me. I probably had this expression on my face like "uh what the hellz are you lookin' at?" and he's like "Nichole! How have you been?? I haven't seen you in months!!" During all of that he gave me this hug and squeezed so damn hard it hurt...not that I minded hehehe I was like "I know it's been way too long but I've been doin' ok." and he was like "so what's up?" and I said "the usual" and held up my camera. lol he put his arm around me and i handed my camera to Jessi and she took the pic for me. Then he was like "You gonna be around here for a while?" and said "yeah probably." and he was like "ok well I gotta go for now, but I'll talk to you later on ok?" and I said ok and we said goodbye. Ok NOW they went into the 1st class thingie. So, we were just chillin in the "normal" people's waiting area lol Joey and a couple of the body gaurds went and got Burger King and sat down with us normal people to eat it. Jill, Emily and Emily's friend were walkin around the airport looking for "hot" men. lol They, for some odd reason, didn't really care about *N Sync. Their loss? Joey must have thought that Jessi and I were on crack though. We were laughin our asses off. I was walkin around with no shoes on too. The shoes I wore were killin my feet. You shoulda seen how dirty my socks were! That comes into play later. At one point, Justin and Lance went and ate at a restaurant "Cheers." I sorta wanted to go in there but I didn't wanna be rude. So I just watched from afar. yay exciting. Jessi and I were playin on the little escalator things that are in aiports...like actin like we were surfing and walking the opposite direction... well to make this part short Justin and Lance ended up right behind us on the escalators. lol I'm sure they got a kick outta us. One thing I'll mention, this was said by Justin: "oh yeah the blonde?" and Lance goes "hell yeah." So I turned around and Lance's face turned bright red and Justin punched him in the shoulder! lol hmm I'd like to know what they were sayin about me. Anyway, Jessi and I JUMPED off the escalator which made the guys bust up laughin. Then we walked with them for a little while just chattin it up I guess. I asked Lance for his John Hancock and he was like "No but you can have my Lance Bass" lol I was like "uh lol what...???" and he was like "wait, yeah I guess that doesn't make sense." I was about to say "oh I can have you, huh?" but I figured that wouldn't have been proper. Anyway, he took the picture outta my hand and looked at it. Then he was like "Tornado Taz!!! That thing has got to be THE coolest thing I own. I LOVE it!" and I was like "Yeah I gave that to you in Chicago, ain't I sweet." and he just laughed and goes "Yeah I know...the thing goes..." (ok here's where you really need to picture this lol...) he spun in a circle and made taz noises and like flung his arms up in the air...um REALLY hard to explain but it was the cutest, funniest thing I've ever seen him do. lol i was about rolling on the floor laughin at him. I was like "How'd that go again???" lol and he was like "shut up! I love that thing, thanks again!" and gave me another hug. Then he signed it. woohooooooo. Then we like all just hung out until it was time for them to go to where they were boarding their flight. Walking there, I fell behind a little bit (on purpose though) and got a kick ass picture of Lance's backside! lol I ended up gettin my pic taken with all of them except Justin. My bad. I could have cuz he was standing next to me for like 5 freakin minutes...musta slipped my mind. I said g'bye to all of 'em again and gave Lance and Chris and Joey hugs goodbye. Oh forgot to tell you about the no shoes thing. I was walkin past J.C. and he saw that I didn't have shoes on so he like put his foot out actin like he was gonna step on my toes and he's like "Girl, where are your shoes?!" and I was like "well my feet hurt, they're right here." and I held 'em up and he was like "Well put them on you don't know who's been walkin here, cutie!" lol so I put my shoes on and totally exagerated that they were killin my feet as I walked away from him and he was just crackin up.
