Terrible Ted Nugent - A.K.A. The Motor City Madman!

As you can see, we've got Ted in the All-American colors of Red, White & Blue!

Check out new Ted Newz below

We've checked out the new live album and can personally guarantee you that it kicks ass!

Of course, if you've never seen Ted live, you're only getting half of the show. At twice the age of most of the new bands out there, Ted and the gang are more lively and energetic than most of them, can rock harder and better with true musicianship, and it always helps to see the full war bonnett, the centerstage campfire and Ted's mighty bow onstage!

NUGENT RELEASES, FULL BLUNTAL NUGITY

NEW YORK, NY -- Hurtling into the 21st century, gonzo guitar giant, Ted Nugent, issues a new live CD, Full Bluntal Nugity, on June 5th through Spitfire Records.

In an era populated by freshly scrubbed teen idols and 'here today, gone tomorrow' rock bands, Ted Nugent epitomizes the term 'rock legend.' One of music's most electrifying live performers, Ted's new CD, Full Bluntal Nugity is an all-out "wango tango" extravaganza, graced by such savage metallic mayhem as "Stranglehold, " "Cat Scratch Fever," and "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang."

Recorded on December 31, 2000 at The Palace Of Auburn Hills, Nugent's mighty musical arsenal includes cohorts, drummer, Tommy Aldridge (Ozzy Osbourne/Whitesnake) and bassist, Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy). Says Nugent: "When I saw what we were doing in 2000 on the KISS tour and the outrageous intensity and enthusiasm and energy, the tightness and the attitude and the spirit of what Tommy and Marco were bringing to my classic and historical songs and new stuff, I said,'we've gotta capture this shit!' So we set up mics and recorded on New Years Eve. The energy that night metastasized like some kind of cancerous, monstrous positive beast. And that's what we captured (laughs)."

Screw political correctness, Full Bluntal Nugity hoists a defiant middle finger directed at authority and resounds with the full throttle rock and roll abandon that fans demand from Ted Nugent. "When you're playing live you don't have to worry about how it's recorded, how it's produced, how someone thought the record could be better facilitated via a studio maneuver," asserts Nugent. "What you're getting is the beast untamed in his wild environment."

Tracks for Full Bluntal Nugity include:

  1. KLSTRPHK
  2. Paralyzed
  3. Snakeskin Cowboys
  4. Wang Dang Sweet Poontang
