Sit,breathe and relax for a few minutes before beginning.
Chant the name of a Goddess or God.Use low light or candlelight.
Try the following exercises.As you become good at each one,move
on to the next.
EX.1 Sit comfortably,eyes shut.Relax and breathe deep and slowly.Images
will come to mind.Choose one and keep it as long as possible,then
let it go.
EX.2 Pick an image of your own and hold it.
EX.3 Make up an image (like a yellow cow with purple spots)
and hold it.
EX.4 Hold an image with your eyes open.
