FOREST GROVE HIGH SCHOOL SPEECH TOURNAMENT
You are invited to the third annual Forest Grove
H.S. speech tournament on FEBRUARY 10th,
2001. We will be running Oregon State I.E. events and public debate to
help you prepare for your upcoming District Tournaments. Memorized events should be memorized.
We will follow the state guidelines for all individual events. All competition will be Open Division.
Students may enter conflicting events with the exception of debate, however, no concessions will be made in the tab room for conflicts. Please explain to your students that it is the competitor’s responsibility to notify both judges of the conflict and arrive for competition in a timely fashion. There will be a maximum of three Public Debate teams from each school. Public Debate students may not enter events from pattern A.
ENTRY DEADLINE
Registration will be accepted until 3:30 PM,
Wednesday, February 7th.
Drops and changes must reach us prior to Thursday, February 9th
at 3:30 PM (Call to confirm receipt-
503-359-8141 ext. 265). Drops after
that time will not alter entry or judging fees.

No fast food or groceries are close to the school so we will have a concessions stand provided by our FBLA where food items may be purchased through brunch and lunch. The coaches room will provide refreshments for coaches and judges.
