We would ask that you include the names of your student judges with your invitation. We would also ask that you remind your student judges to make only constructive comments on their ballots, so as not to offend inexperienced speakers.

GEOGRAPHY

The tab room will be located in room 1201. This is also where judges will pick up their ballots. Students will gather in the cafeteria, which is also where awards will be held. The “Coaches’ Room” is located off the cafeteria (please, adults only).

OTHER CONCERNS

Forest Grove High School is a non-smoking campus for students and teachers alike, no smoking is permitted anywhere on school

grounds.  Students should plan to bring food or have coaches do a food run for McDonald’s or pizza—nothing is in walking

distance.  The tab room will be closed, and all questions and concerns can be dealt with at an information desk located outside the tab room. No boom boxes please, students using personal sound systems should do so with head phones.  Please help us by cleaning up your area at the end of the tournament.
