At present, Constanza González
Navarro is a researcher member of the “Historical Studies Center Carlos S.A.
Segreti” and she carries out research on colonial history of Córdoba,
particularly on the sixteenth and seventeenth century. In this field she has
published a book (“Construcción social del espacio en las márgenes del Río
Segundo, Córdoba 1573-1650”) and a few essays about colonial history
(ethno-history, relationship between natives and Spanish people, economical
activities, etc.) in specialized reviews of the country. She was granted scholarships on
academic exchange and research by Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional
and Agencia Córdoba Ciencia
respectively.
