Subject: compliance by Mascaro, A&M Composting
Dear Friends
At the Millersville Town Meeting on Feb 26 someone mentioned that
Mascaro/A&M Composting, dealing with NYC Sewage Sludge, has outstanding
fines.
In view of the PDEP request for comments regarding the renewal of their
license, I would appreciate receiving a summary and details of the fines
they have incurred, with dates, reason and fine,and also dates of payment
c.q fines NOT paid/outstanding, and status of any legal negotiations.
By the way, I would expect violators to pay their fine
first and then fight for restitution, but what is PDEP's position on this
matter?
