Interesting Note: Pennsylvania Tax booklet tell you not to use cents when filling in your amounts. They tell you that you must round to the nearest whole dollar amount. SO, why do the have a place to enter the cents on the tax forms in the first place. This should explain why it is so hard to communicate with them intelligently. It also proves that they hire the mentally challenged.

Another Interesting Note: Years back I had the good fortune to hit the Pennsylvania Lottery for $4,000. I received a notice from the PA Dept. of Revenue that I did not report all my taxable income on my tax form and that I owed them money. They further stated what the unreported income was, which was the Lottery winnings. I replied, "Try reading your own tax laws, as Pennsylvania Lottery winnings are NOT taxable income for Pennsylvania Income Tax purposes.
