This is a songfic, written to a wonderful song called "The Wall", by Kansas.
I hope you all enjoy it. ^_^ I decided to use Seiya in this rather than
Yaten or Taiki because I believe this song fits him well.

<<Seiya looks around him, confused. For some reason, he feels lost. Trapped.
  His brothers look at him, expressions of concern on their faces. He knows
  that they can't help him. He's hit a wall, and only he can tear it down.>>

<<He runs out onto the balcony and stares up at the stars. Tears fill his
  beautiful, sapphire blue eyes as he gazes up. He realises then that because
  he couldn't protect his princess, he may never see her again. The 
  realization comes to him finally, and the positive feelings he'd always had
  melted away.>>

A dark and silent barrier between

<<Seiya thinks bitterly about Starfighter. He's lost confidence in himself,
  as her. He feels like something stands between them, keeping them from 
  being one and the same person.>>

To pass beyond is what I seek

And those of you who's seen it through
To glimpse the other side
The promised land is waiting
Like a maiden who's soon to be a bride.

<<He closes his eyes and shouts his henshin phrase, not caring who may be
  watching. Maybe, just maybe, if he can kill the other half of him, the pain
  will end, and he can rest. But deep inside, she knows it's not the answer.
  Yaten and Taiki have no problems living with themselves, yet Seiya, always
  the strong one, can't accept herself as who she is.>>

The moment is a masterpiece

Blocking out the light imblinding me

<<Somehow, she just can't do it. If she kills Fighter, she knows that Seiya
  will die, too. She can't reach a conclusion, and falls to the floor of the
  balcony, sobbing. She wants to be whole again, to be at peace with herself,
  but she dosen't know how to be that way anymore. She forgot long, long ago,
  when Kakyuu disappeared.>>

Gold and diamonds cast a spell
It's not for me I know it well
The riches that I seek are waiting on the other side
There's more than I can measure
In the treasure of the love that I have found

<<Yaten and Taiki run outside when they see Fighter fall. They both put their
  arms around her and hold her gently. Yaten looks at Taiki, and an unspoken
  message passes between them - I never knew it was this bad. She's hid it
  well, too well, and now it's destroying her -. Fighter moves close to them
  and cries, thankful that they are there.>>

And though it's always been with me
I must tear down the wall and let it be
All I am
And all that I was ever ment to be
In harmony
Shining through
Smiling at all who wait to cross
There is no loss!

<<Fighter tells them all she's been feeling. She wants them to help her, she
  dosen't want to live like this anymore. They tell her it's alright, that
  they will always be there for her and love her no matter what. She looks
  up at them, and they smile at her. She rests her head on Taiki's chest and
  closes her eyes, finally at peace with herself.>>

That's gotta be one of my favorite songs. And let me tell you, writing a 
songfic is REALLY hard. I'm pretty sure this one made absolutely no sense.
^_^;; Oh well, at least I wrote it, which is something new for me. I've got
some free time, for once! Ja!!
