Finding Your Mantra
Sit in a comfortable position. Picture yourself leaving your body and travel up to the cosmos. See yourself sitting calmly in the center of the Universe. Concentrate on the stars.
After a few minutes of gazing at them, a few of the stars will glow a bright baby blue. Concentrate on one bright blue star. As you gaze at that star, listen to what it has to say. It may say a word, phrase, or just a sound.
Repeat what it says and focus your attention inside yourself. If the mantra is right for you, you will know it. If not, simply gaze at another star and repeat the process until you find one that fits you.
After you find a mantra, thank the stars and Universe and feel yourself slowly descending back into your body. When you open your eyes, you might feel a bit drained. Drink some milk or juice and eat a cookie or a piece of bread to help ground yourself.
Meditating On Your Mantra
Sit comfortably and center yourself. Begin to sing/say your mantra either out loud or in your head. Focus on nothing but your chanting. That's it. This meditation is very relaxing and soothing, and can be done for as long as one wishes.
