These are just some of the things I like to do that keep me happy!
Reading:
Mostly Science fiction and fantasy. I once had a SF&F collection numering in the hundreds. Now I just have a few autographed books.
Conventions:
I went to my first science fiction convention to play role-playing games. Now I go to cons all over the South. I’ve met dozens of authers and hundreds of really nice people.
Computers:
It’s been said that science fiction fans and computer wizards go hand in hand. The truth is simply that computers are everywhere and in all walks of life. I enjoy the advantages of a good computer system, but
when I get in trouble I have to call for help.
Collecting:
Don’t ask what. I collect stuff. All kinds of stuff. Many times I’ve been called a pack rat. The plan now is to turn the collections into a business.
Music:
Just about any kind. I like very little country or classical, but I do like some. Mostly I like my music hard and loud. Give me Motley Crue or AC/DC any day.
STARFLEET:
My favorite and most time consuming hobby. It’s the international Star Trek fan association. In the past I’ve been the Captain of a ship. Currently I’m the Section Representative for all ships in KY / TN.
My Mustang:
I have a beautiful, black, 96 Mustang GT. She’s my pride and joy. When I get behind the wheel and pull into the street I can’t help but crank up the stereo and burn rubber. I like everything about driving fast except the speeding tickets.
