763 Leisure Way
My home is such a palace,
A place that I adore,
I try not to notice
When I can not see the
floor.
The cat is there
I found her hair,
Dishes stacked up high.
From dust to rags,
I hate to brag
It's better than outside.
I'll slap some paint
And make it quaint
Hang welcome on the
door.
Come right in
Sit right down
For this I do implore.
You're just in time
I'm about to dine
Which TV dinner do you
wish?
Take your time,
Then decide,
For all I have is fish!

Lapses
I am trying to
remember
What I was going
to say,
I know I can,
I think I will,
This time it's
going to stay.
I cannot remember
what it was,
But I remember
what it's not,
It has to do with
something special,
Oh well; I just
forgot.
