Be yourself
You have a vocation to be yourself. You are called to become you, that unique person whom God had in mind from the beginning of creation. When Rabbi Zuchsa was dying he was asked what questions he thought God would put to him when he got to heaven. “I’m not sure”, he said, “except of one thing.” God won’t be saying to me, “Why weren’t you Moses?” or “Why weren’t you David?” but “Why weren’t you Zuchsa?”
