PHI LAMBDA XI

Welcome to the Phi Lambda Xi homepage! We are a group of 25 women that have come together here at Cornell College with the purposes of Friendship, Loyalty, and Excellence.

The requirements to belong to our sisterhood are some of the most demanding of the Cornell College Social Groups. We believe very strongly in service to the college, ourselves, and the community in general. Each member is required to complete 16 hours of service offered by the group each semester. Members also must attend 4 social events each semester and are encouraged to participate in the college's Intramural tournament. Dues are $50 a semester for non-drinking and are currently $78 for drinking.

Our Social and Service group was founded in March of 1990 and is still going strong. Pledging here at Cornell for all social groups has just passed and we took four new members and the very first "Phi Lamb Emeritus" into our group.

We also had a "Screw Your Sister Party". For more info on that, click here. This page and its links are still under construction. Thank you for your patience. We hope to have photos of our group and other things important to us on here before too long. If you would like to know more about our group, visit Laura Krenk's Phi Lamb Page
