Water Log
I know it's important to drink lots of water when you're trying to lose weight. Someone told me once that if you want to make sure something gets done, measure it. So, in addition, to measuring the amount of time I spend working out, I'm going to measure the amount of water that I drink. Let's hope that I drink enough, but not so much that I float away.
