8 garlic cloves, chopped | 1/2 tsp salt |
3 Tblsp soy sauce | 1/2 cup chopped cilantro |
2 tsp Five spice powder | 1/3 cup shredded coconut |
1 tsp hot chili flakes | 2 whole boneless chicken breasts |

Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator. Grill chicken over low heat about 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade. |
