12 oz bean sprouts | 2 Tblsp toasted sesame seeds |
1/4 cup sliced green onions | 1 Tblsp sugar |
2 Tblsp oil (combination of peanut,sesame, vegetable) | 1 Tblsp white vinegar |
1/2 cup red pepper strips | 2 Tblsp soy sauce |
Place bean sprouts, onion and red pepper in salad bowl. Combine oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar and vinegar. Mix well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately. |
