Bean Sprout Salad
12 oz bean sprouts 2 Tblsp toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sliced green onions 1 Tblsp sugar
2 Tblsp oil (combination of peanut,sesame, vegetable) 1 Tblsp white vinegar
1/2 cup red pepper strips 2 Tblsp soy sauce
Place bean sprouts, onion and red pepper in salad bowl. Combine oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar and vinegar. Mix well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
