Health Salad
1 {1 1/2 lb.} head 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup grated carrots 1/4 cup corn oil
1 cup green pepper, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 cup red oinion, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup cider vinegar
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot, green pepper and onion. In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, sugar, oil, celery seed and garlic salt. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill overnight.
