1 cup green pepper, finely chopped | 1/2 tsp. celery seed |
1 cup red oinion, thinly sliced | 1/2 tsp. garlic salt |

In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, carrot, green pepper and onion. In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, sugar, oil, celery seed and garlic salt. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill overnight. |
