On April 17, 1999, members of the Oshawa Pony Club's Quiz and Project teams set out for a day at COR Quiz, which was held this year at Durham College. It was a long day, but I'm sure everyone had a great time and learned something new about their favourite animal, the horse.
Personal and team results for OPC members are as follows.
"D" Team

Our D's worked very hard at Quiz. There was a lot of competition at the 'D' level, and they represented our club well. Congratulations, guys!
"C" Team
Consisted of:

Tiffany K. - 7th place in visual

Our 'C' team placed 6th in written, 5th in visual, and 8th place overall. Way to go, 'C' Team!!!
'A/B' Team
Consisted of:
Erin H. - 2nd place in visual, 11th place overall
Karen M. - 1st place in visual, 3rd place in written, 1st place overall
Our 'A/B' team placed 1st in their Oral, 1st in Visual, 4th in Written, and 2nd place over all!
ALSO, Karen M. Qualified to go to National Quiz, which is being held in Nova Scotia in October. Congratulations Karen!!!
