Tip 1: Backrounds-
Take any backround image for a webpage, 
print that and use that as a scrap page!

Tip 2: Face Trace-
Trace your child/loved one's shadow/silouette face
(using a lamp and a piece of paper on the wall), 
shrink down on a copier and use that as a cutout
 on a page about them!

Tip 3: Clipart-
The web has LOTS of clipart.  
Take advatage of the plethora of it all!
Some clipart could also be used as a diecut.  
Just pop the image file into your image file 
editor and fill it with black!  Voila! 
You have your own die cut!
