Chapter 3
Meg ran downstairs to get the phone. She got there just in time. “Hello?” Meg asked totally out of breath.
“Hey Meg!! its GweN!!”
“OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! HEEEEEYY!!!!! how aare ya?” asked meg excitedly.
“I am good!! but tell all about Tulsa!!” said Gwen wanting to know how it is.
“Ok, well, it*s pretty nice but not as nice as home!! I totally miss you guys! but there is this guy next door named Taylor and he is really sweet! he has 5 other brothers and sisters too! Plus, I met their friend Jenn!! She is like, so nice! Yesterday we went out with Justin and Mackie and it was so fun! how about there? whats up?” Meg said.
“wow! Sounds pretty nice to me!! but I called to say that I am gonna come visit next weekend since it is a long weekend! Gwen said waiting for meg’s answer.
“OH MY GODDDDDD!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Meg was screaming.
“ok, Meg!! SHUT THE HELL UP OK?? You are gonna mke me go deaf!” Gwen screamed at her.
“ok! Sorry!! I am just REALLY excited!! I’ll talk to mom ok?? how long are you staying for? like 4 days?” asked Meg.
“Yeah, about that. but we HAVE to go shopping and everything!”
Meg and Gwen talked for a few more minutes and oragnized everything.

Meg was sitting out by her pool when she heard a knock at the door. “I’ll get it mom!!!!” Meg yelled.
Meg got to the door and found 3 girls about her age standing there.
“Hi! I’m Brie. and these are my friends Jess and Lisa. Wesaw you walking around and saw that you just moved in and we came to say hi.” Said Brie. She seemed really friendly but looked snobby. She was dressed all in designer clothes along with her friends. but then again, so was Meg so its not to judge a person like that.
“Hi! I’m Meg and I DID just move in here! I havent met that many ppl yet so thanx for coming over here.” Meg said.
“Well, maybe later, we were wondering if you wanted to do something with us?” said Jess.
“Well, how about you come over here cause I have a pool that we can all go swimming in and its pretty hot here!” Meg said.
“Sure, so i guess we’ll see you in about 15 minutes! We’ll just come over.” Lisa said.
“Sure, byE!” Meg said excited. She couldnt believe how friendly the ppl were here.
Meg talked to her mom and her mom seemed happy that Meg had some aqauintances. But still, her mom was acting really moody lately. Meg was wondering why. Why is mom being like this? Is it because of the move?? or something else? She wasnt sure if she shouldbe worried about it or not. She decided not right now cause she had to get ready for the girls to come.
