Celeus, cat of Ceres. Celeus is the fourth in the line of cats of Ceres, meaning that his great-grandparents were originally cats of Mau who immigrated to Ceres, the life planet. Celeus is the advisor of Princess Terra/Sailor Ceres/Terra Brown throughout the Silver Millennium, modern times, and the Crystal Millennium.
Celeus is a very pompous creature who serves no one besides Sailor Ceres and Pheobe. Those two, however, he serves with a good will. Celeus enjoys flattery and a good verbal sparring match. He is slightly overweight, ("It's not fat, it's fluff.") but makes up for it with his sharp mind and courtly manners (He never calls Terra by her given name, it's always 'Her Excellency').
Celeus is in love with both Terra and Pheobe, but he understands that he can never have Terra, so he settles for Pheobe (this is the reason he dislikes David/Aspen/Ceres Knight so much, he's jealous!). However, even though Pheobe loves Celeus, Artemis hates him because he believes that Celeus dishonored his sister (for some strange reason).
Altogether, Celeus is a very valuable friend and a great asset to the Senshi's reconnaissance force.
