Hello, are you looking for news in fitness? Then you came to the right place. I update this section weekly, but if I run out of news, then it will be updated monthly. Before I stop writing however, I would like to give you all a few words of encouragement:

Are you forgetful? Always forgetting appointments and meals? It could be because you're not exercising. Studys have shown that the more you exercise, the more your memory increases. Although, if you're like me, you still forget things even if you do exercise. (I forgot to write an article here last week!)

Breakfest is the most important meal, why? Because we lose 40% of our matabylism during our sleep. We need to regain that 40% back by eating breakfest. And I sdon't mean a breakfest of bacon and eggs. I mean milk, toast, cereal, fruit. They say that a good breakfest consists of 60% complaex carbohydrates, 20% dairy and 20% fruit or vegetable.
