Bangor, ME-13 year-old Britney Collins had just moved to Bangor two weeks ago and was having trouble getting around. "I had to find the library so I could do some research for a homework assignment. So I questioned the first authority figure I saw and asked a policeman where it was." The officer, James Rehob, had only just graduated from the academy that week and confessed that he knew Bangor less than the child.
"We feel, in a way," said the Bangor Police Chief, Hamilton Scrubbs, "that this youth questioning authority with questions for which we don't have answers is indicative of a larger problem. But don't ask me what that is- I haven't a clue."
