Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Knead until smooth. Then grind the mixture in a food processor until it has a heave clay-like texture. Put it back in the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. When soup is boiling vigorously, remove mixture from refrigerator and begin forming into small balls, about 1-1 ½ in diameter. Drop into boiling soup. When the ball float to the top, they are already to eat-in the soup, over rice noodles, or separately as appetizers.
