So you want to know about me, do you?
Well, I guess we should start off with what I look like.
Yep. That's me. My name is Daniel Thomas-Kaylor, and here I am in all my glory (aren't I cute? Not really, but I always wanted to say that).
At the time that I came up with this web page, I am 21 years old, and a Senior English Major at Gannon University in Erie Pennsylvania. I'm out of the closet and very happy about it. I'm dating a wonderful young man named Jeremy, and here he is.
Now HE's cute.
I'm a neopagan with no specific tradition, and I aspire to write/draw comic books. And yes, it is a virtually locked solid field with absolutely no money or job security. I want to do it anyway.
I have other web pages, like Firestar's Amazon Kingdom about powerful women and personal stuff about me, The New Warriors Web Ring, which I created because that's my favorite comic book and Mutant…Child…Hero, about one my favorite male super heroes, BOLT!.
At Gannon, I am a brother of Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity, where I am Vice President of Membership and webmaster
I am also president of Alpha Psi Omega Dramatic Honors Fraternity.
I'm an animal lover. I currently own four Cats . The oldest of these is Birthday Kitty. She was a gift on my ninth birthday. She's a really fat, old, cuddly cat. Then is her daughter, Bear Kitty. Her original name was "Snuggles," but she continuously beat the hell out of the neighborhood dogs, so I renamed her. My third cat is Killer Baby. He's a stray that my family adopted. He doesn't get along well with the females. Killer was abused by someone, and when we got him he had been kicked in the teeth. Now he loves us.
My fourth kitty, my parents are unaware of. Her name is Snickers. My roommates and I adopted her my Sophomore year of College, and i got stuck caring for her. She's a beautiful kitty with siamese coloring and persian fur. She lives with my friend Margaret now until I can find a pet-friendly apartment.
There was another Cat, Misty, but she was nearly 17 when we got her and died of pnemonia within two years.
My family has also had three Dogs. The first of these was a Beagle Puppy named Blackie. Blackie was wonderful except he had very powerful lungs, and the neighbors constantly complained until he had to go and live with my grandmother. Since all the neighbors who whined were old women, I do not like old women. The next dog was Roy. My uncle moved from Los Angeles to Pennsylvainia and lived with his parents. My grandparents hate animals, and forced poor Roy to live in the basement (to avoid confusion, yes, ROY was a FEMALE). My parents willingly adopted her, because she was a very good dog. It took the cats almost a week to explain to Roy that she was THEIR property. Roy's only problem was that she didn't understand thunderstorms. If no one was around to protect her during the storms, she would go insane. During one such storm she was home alone, clawed her way through the front door, and went looking for someone to protect her. She was hit by a car and died, her grave is in the back yard of my parent's residence in Greensburg PA.
The current dog was my mother's idea. Even though she didn't like Roy and was more often than not annoyed with her, after Roy's death my mother missed having a dog. She came home for her lunch break to an empty house with no dog to let outside, and spent her whole lunch hour crying. So now the family has Tinker. Tinker, like roy, is both female and mutt. Tinker is a cage trained dog, so when she gets frightened, she simply hides in her cage. Since Tinker was only a puppy, it took the cats only a few minutes to explain the heirarchy of power to her. Even though Tinker is now at least five times the size of any of my cats, they will still knock her down just for the sake of using her soft doggy body as a pillow. Tinker does not appear to mind.
That's pretty much it about me. Go to Pets.com and buy stuff for your kitty.
