League Affiliation: The Prep League



Woodberry returns 10 state placewinners from its 1997 State Championship team. The team will be helped by Bishop Ireton transfer Brian Burchette at 152, who placed 5th at the 1997 VISWA State Tournament. Woodberry is ranked 14th in the nation by The Prep Page and 1st in Virginia. This year's team will be one of Woodberry's best in recent years. Although it has no superstars, the team is solid at almost every weight class.
