Your site must be...
Fantasy (Elfquest, DragonLance, anime, etc) Science Fiction (Star Wars, Star Trek, etc), or story/poem/art related. Well made--ie, no broken links, images, etc.
Colorful! You don't have to have "Rainbowy Cute" images or anything, just some variation.
