Since the battle has ended and not he war. The History of the Crab clan has come a long ways, guarding Otosan Uchi agianst the Shadowlands. Age old battles with Hida Kasada, an old man that has seen many battles, and that has scars to prove them, countless victories overwhelmed Shadowlands.
There views on the other Great Clans:
The Crane, which rely on too greatly, blind and foolishness, is that force can crush enemy's in there tracks. Their fate is the unenibitible.
Dragon, who knows anything about them. They hide in there mountian keeps and contemplate the truth. If olnly they relize how much the Shadowlands holds the truth.
The fools, Lion, only to be the right hand of the Emperor, claim nobility in there actions that speak for themselves. In our eyes, they are fools.
Phoenix, in combat they are weak, and relize that they are. There Shugenja are the most potent enemy to the Shadowlands.
The treachourus Scorpion. Unlike the Crane that relies on favor, the Scorpion relies on secrets and the shadows. Both are weak, but the Scorpion are more clever about it.
Unicorn, stong and swift. They are strong, and we acknowlege that, but they rely on the 'Four Winds' too much.
The Crab Clan. For thousands of years, they protected the Emperor and the Imperial Throne from the armies of Fu Leng. The pure enemies of the Crab, Crane and Fu Leng.
During the Crab/Crane war, the Yasuki sweared fealty to the Crane and swored fealty to Lord Hida. The Daiymo, Hida, original son of the Sun and Moon, swore to protect Hantie from the Shadowlands.
Most of there philosophies, which were carried on the battlefield, "There are no lies between allies on a battlefield", is an old saying by the Crab Samuria knows and understands. They learned that a small army can defeat a larger army when they are fight agianst the Shadowlands.
The Kuni family, the only family of the Crab to be shugenja, discover the secrets of the Shadowlands. Although their family produce samuria.
Now that the Hiruma family protects us from the shadowlands, Daiyamo Honor Guards, are the most honorable family in the Crab Clan. Since the children of the Moon fell, they hav'nt failed from protecting us.
The battle at Beiden Pass, Hida Sukune lead the Crab and Totrui leading a small band of unaligned samuria. The Crab where held off, and in embarrasment, Hida Sukune was sacrificed to the Terrible Standard of Fu Leng, only to return as the Shadow Samuria.
The battle at the Ashina Fields, is where the two Yakomo's faced in the deadly duel. The battle was in heat, both Yakomo's shedding there blood, until the Hero nearly lost his life to the Oni, until the Dragon Madien crushed the head of the Oni with her Obsidian Hand.
Hida Kasada, the "Great Bear" was storming the Imperial Throne when word came out that the body and soul of the Hantie was seased by Fu Leng. Kasada, who tried to end the madness was twisted and flung across the Imperial Throne. After the Great Bear's accident, Hida Yakomo took over as Champion.
So far, my History of the Crab is almost complete, in a while, I'll have more history on the Might Crab Clan.
