6 pm: Speechwriter who let Anwar sodomise him jailed

                   A PAKISTANI national was given six months jail after pleading guilty
                   to allowing sacked Malaysian finance minister Anwar Ibrahim to
                   sodomise him.

                   Bernama news agency said Munawar Anees, a publisher who wrote
                   pseeches for Anwar, pleaded guilty to committing an act of gross
                   indecency at Anwar's home in March 1993.

                   Anwar's adopted brother was earlier charged for committing gross
