Ronin Warriors
In Japan it was known as Yoroiden: Samurai Troopers, but in America it is Ronin Warriors. Either way, it is the story of 5 young boys who use mystical armors with special powers to defeat an evil force that threatens to overtake Earth. (And since I knew of RW long before I knew of YST, I'm going to use RW names)
The bearers of these armors are Ryo, Rowen, Sage, Cye, and Kento. With the armors of Wildfire, Strata, Halo, Torrent, and Hardrock (respectively), these five teens battle against the Dynasty. Their biggest challenge are the Warlords, Anubis of Cruelty, Dais of Illusion, Cale of Darkness, and Sekhment of Venom. In the Ronin Warrior show, the five defeat Talpa, the ruler of the NetherRealm, and that's it. However, any YST fan knows that there are 3 additional OAVs after the series. That is where my fan-fiction starts. In the three OAVs, the boys face more dangers and of course, prevail. I decided to make the first story start after the third OAV ("Message"). The original Ronin/Troopers are no longer fighting, and so, when a new threat starts in Japan, five couragous girls are called in to handle it. Check out my links page to get more info.
