Christina Cox portrays the role of Angie Ramirez, Rollie's assistant who is fresh out of film school. She is a computer ace, a workaholic who complains about her lagging social life, and is a well opinionated brat. The youngest of three girls, Christina was born and raised in and around Toronto, Canada. While growing up, she played soccer and ringette and pursued dreams of becoming an Olympic gymnast, all the while starring in her middle sisters' super eight movies, with titles such as Raiders of the Lost Cookie Jar and a version of Shogun! while in the third grade. While attending an arts high school, she appeared in numerous professional stage productions including the Comedy of Errors, ROAD and the lead in Twelfth Night, as well as an episode of the television series E.N.G. With the intention of furthering her classical training, she went on to the Ryerson Theatre School. Christina diligently honed her skills and has become a versatile artist. Christina appeared in the supporting lead role of Detective Beth Jordan in the Joanna Kerns' MOW, No One Could Protect Her which aired in February, 1996 on ABC. Christina donned speed skates to portray Canadian speed skating champion Natalie Grenier in The Dan Jansen Story, which aired on CBS in February, 1996. She also returned to Due South on CBS in her recurring role as Morgan, the perpetually unlucky thief.
