Due to the lack of new characters (other than on the new shows), there was no "Best new character" category like in 2002.

• Cree Summer's characters are nominated twice in Favorite Nasty: Miranda Killgallen and Tiff Krust... also, Gary Leroi Gray does the voices of 2 of the nominees for Best Genius/Nerd, AJ Ibrahim and Sammy Dullard... and in both cases, he replaced the original voice actor (Haneef Muhammad and Sam Suletta)
• Overall, Summer's characters have a total 6 nominations in the character categories: besides Miranda and Tiff, Susie has 3 nominations (Best Recurring Character, Best Newcomer, Most Underused Character), and her guest shot on RP (Crystal Bianca) is nominated for Best Guest Character
• 3 eps have 2 songs nominated in Best Song (with lyrics): Ginger's "Come Back Little Seal Girl", FOP's "Love Struck", and Hey Arnold!'s "Eugene, Eugene!" (the only one that is only 15 minutes)
