Un-named Blue Dog

Blue was found wandering the street, he is very friendly, probably around one year old. He is malnourished and has some type of skin infection, his skin is extremely dry. His feet are swollen and his foot pads are cracked and peeling. He has a mark on his neck that appears to be from a rope. He needs some TLC but will make someone a great pet. Below are some close-up pics of his feet and skin. |
