This is our first letters column and we hope it will be a regular feature.

You can see your name in print by writing to SCSAC, P.O. Box 500293, San Diego, CA 92150-0293 or be e-mailing us at SCSACmail@aol.com. Letters will be published as space permits and the editors reserve the right to edit those we choose for length and content. We will not publish last names unless the letter is from a business or unless the writer specifically asks us to print his/her full name.

Just read the newsletter. Loved the article on food at holiday time! I shall NOT be skimping; dinner at the hotel includes: cock-a-leekie soup, shrimp salad, roast turkey, chestnut dressing, raspberry trifle, tarts, fresh fruit and chocolate truffles (although I have to pass on that due to the caffeine).

I wish you all at SCSAC a joyous season and look forward to more great News letters.
