The second annual SCSAC International No-Diet Day weekend is coming May 2nd and 3rd to the Holiday Inn Select, San Diego, Ca. We are planning another fun and informative weekend focusing on self-esteem and community.
Join us for workshops, a diet wall of shame and anti-diet related information. As an activist project we will be shedding old diet books and putting them to real use…RECYCLING! So scout through garages and yard sales and bring all you can find! Let's make a statement.
Saturday night, we will let our hair down and kick up our heels at a dance. There will be lots of fun door prizes. Get up and move that fabulous body! (Sorry girls…this year they can't promise firemen)
To wrap things up, we will have a farewell brunch on Sunday. It's always a nice way to say good-bye to all the new friends you have made as well as sum up your feelings about the weekend.
