Who is Sailor Chibi-Moon? Well Sailor Chibi-Moon is the daughter of Usagi and Darien(Tuxedo Mask, and Sailor Moon) from the future. her real name is Usagi as well but everyone calls her Small Lady, or chibi-usa(rini in america). rini first appear in episode 61 in Sailor Moon R(omance) with her Magical Luna Ball. She appeared out of the sky and on top of Usagi's, and Dariens head while they were kissing. Rini soon uses her "Kitty Magic" to join Usagi's family much to the dismay of Usagi!

She actually does not become Sailor Chibi-Moon intill the 3rd season, Sailor Moon S(uper), when she returns back from the future, sent once again by her mother to gain training in the past for her future battles against the Negaverse. Eventually like her future mother, she becomes Super Sailor Chibi-Moon, but she still was never "that" powerful. In fact her attack is more annoying then harmful. Most villans ignore it all together, and pay attention to more real threats, like the scouts, and Tuxedo Mask. Yet still she has her own charms, and is quite funny. Some of her brighter moments is when she fights with Sailor Moon in Sailor Moon R, looking for the Silver Crystal, which she had been orginally sent back to get.
