Haruka appears along with her long time friend, and love Michiru in Sailor Moon Super, the 3rd season. She is well known for her incredible Strength, her Temper, and her take charge attitude. She is believed actually to be a Prince from the Moon Kingdom reincarnated as a woman. Much explaining her more tomboy ways.

Like Michiru again, she too is likely reason for Sailor Moon S, SS, and Stars possibly never coming to America, or even any place in the North American Contient. Yet, no one can really replace the voice of Megumi Ogata, so it is best that it is never dubbed in the first place. Plus there may even be the fear of her gender being changed to suit the needs of DiC or the American Audience. If you really want to see her, I recommand yet again the Fansubs, where you can see Michiru and Haruka in all there glory, along with the other Outer Senshi, and the Star lights.
