THE RULES OF THE RING!!

Now don't get the wrong idea! This isn't one of those rings where you have pages of rules to follow before being accepted. We do have our guidelines, but they are few and each is in place for a reason.

THE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

ABSOLUTELY NO HENTAI!!
 We are a hentai free ring and reserve the right to refuse any submissions containing content of that nature.

All submissions MUST be anime related sites and must contain at least SOME Sailor Moon.

All submissions are required to have the html present on their site where I can see it.
If it's not on the main page, have a clearly designated area reserved for webrings. As long as it's easilly found.

This ring is NOT restricted to Sailor V and Sailor Venus sites alone. ALL Sailor Moon related sites are welcome.
